Chef Doug Graybeal is again planning his annual
holiday buffets for
Both Christmas Day and
New Year’s Day.

Dine from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the
QBR&C
Great Hall.
Traditional roast turkey with
cranberry sauce, smoked ham, roasted leg of pork,
and herbed prime ribs of beef take the center-plate entrées.
Made-to-order omelets, broiled salmon plus all the traditional
trimmings round out the fabulous menu. Divine desserts,
pies, tortes, pastries and more will have guests coming back for
more.
New Year’s Day Brunch
With an emphasis on everything delicious and delightful, plan on
enjoying Chef Graybeal’s New Year’s Day Brunch in the
lobby and Emily’s restaurant. Add a bubbling glass of Champagne
for an extra salute to the new year.
Buffet prices: Adults, $21.95, seniors, 18,95, children (5-12)

- Two sets of
Seahawks football tickets will be given away December 12
at 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. to lucky casino players with
winning ducats. Players will need to claim their prizes
within two minutes of the announcement and show a valid

will be awarded.
